Where Our Beef Fat Comes From

At Fatify, we believe the best tallow starts with the happiest cattle. That’s why all of our beef fat comes exclusively from Cadarga Born & Bred, a family-run farm in South-East Queensland where every animal is born, raised, grass-fed and grass-finished with no added hormones or other nasties.

These cattle roam wide open paddocks, grazing naturally on lush pasture, just as nature intended and are raised with the highest standards of care – no shortcuts, no stress, just good old-fashioned farming.

Using beef tallow isn’t just good for you with its natural skin-loving nutrients and cooking benefits, it’s also good for the planet. By turning this beautiful, nutrient-rich fat into tallow, we ensure that as much of the animal as possible is honoured and used, reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable food system.
